At Speires, you can enjoy your breakfast in the courtyard, overlooking the port and the charming village of Iraklia.
For us, breakfast is a ritual. Preparing it is a joy, and our philosophy is rooted in one thing: quality. Everything we serve is either homemade or carefully selected from local producers.
On your table, you'll find:
- homemade jams & wild thyme honey,
- freshly baked cakes, local cheeses & cold cuts,
- eggs cooked in various ways,
- warm handmade bread,
- a variety of seasonal fruits,
- and of course, hot & cold beverages.
Our breakfast is now served à la carte, so you can choose what suits you best and enjoy it at your own pace - with no restrictions or buffet lines.

As the sun sets, our courtyard fills with aromas and beloved music.
Our kitchen offers a simple yet characterful evening experience...handmade pinsa romana, patiently baked - crispy, light, and full of flavor, made with fresh local ingredients and creative combinations.
Alongside it, you'll find fresh stuffed pasta, prepared with island-sourced ingredients and inspired by the pace of Iraklia. Dishes made with ingredients we love, in combinations that leave space for the wine to speak.
The table ends on a sweet note...chocolate soufflé, orange pie with citrus notes, chilled chocolate log, or a scoop of ice cream for the warmer nights.
Our wine list features selected Greek wineries, with a focus on the islands of the Cyclades: Naxos, Santorini, Syros, Paros, and Sikinos. By the glass or by the bottle - always something that fits.
Every evening at Speires is calm. But never dull.
