BILLING POLICY

In order to confirm your reservation, you'll need to submit a downpayment of 30% of the total accommodation cost either by credit card or by a direct deposit into a bank account.

All charges are shown in EURO and include VAT and city taxes as well as transportation from/to the Port.

It does not include the per night tax of 1.50 euro which will be added to your final bill by the day on your departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY

There is no charge for canceling at least 30 days prior to arrival.

If modified or canceled later on, you will be charged 30% of the total price of the reservation. In case of no show you will be charged 100% of the total price of the reservation.

HOTEL POLICIES

• Check in: After 15:00
• Check out: Until 11:00
• Any further adults are charged EUR 50 per night for extra beds.
• Extra beds must be requested and confirmed by the accommodation.
• Pets are allowed upon request. There is extra charge 10euro per day.
