BILLING POLICY

• A deposit of 30% of the total stay is required to confirm the reservation, either by credit/debit card or bank transfer. All money transfer costs and transaction fees are the guest's responsibility
• All rates are quoted in Euros (€) and include VAT, municipal taxes, the Climate Resilience Tax - Summer (€2 per room, per night and is payable directly at the property upon departure) and transportation to and from the port

CANCELLATION POLICY

• There is no charge for canceling at least 30 days prior to arrival.
• If modified or canceled later on, you will be charged 30% of the total price of the reservation.
• In case of no show you will be charged 100% of the total price of the reservation.

TERMS & POLICIES

• Check-in: From 15:00
• Check-out: Until 11:00
• Late Check-out: Check-out time is at 11:00 a.m., allowing sufficient time for room preparation for incoming guests. Until 13:00 is offered free of charge, provided no arrival is scheduled on the same day. Until 14:00, a charge of 50% of the daily rate applies. After 14:00, a full night's rate will be charged. Late check-out is always subject to availability and prior arrangement.
• Early departure: 50% of the cost of unused nights will be charged.
• Additional Guests: All additional adults are charged €40 per night for an extra bed. Extra beds are provided upon request and subject to confirmation by the property.
• Children Policy: Our property is designed to offer a calm and relaxing environment and generally welcomes children aged 9 years and above. In certain cases, and only upon prior written agreement, younger children may be accommodated, provided that parents acknowledge and respect the tranquil nature of the property. It is also understood that the hotel does not provide specialized equipment or facilities suitable for infants or younger children. The accommodation of younger children is subject to their presence being compatible with the peaceful atmosphere of the property, with consideration for the comfort of all guests. Should the tranquility of the hotel be repeatedly affected, the property reserves the right to take the necessary measures to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay for everyone.
• Pets Policy: Pets are allowed only in selected room types and not in all accommodation categories. Prior confirmation with the property is required. Up to one (1) small pet per room is permitted, with a maximum weight of 10 kg. A fee of €10 per pet, per room, per night applies. Pets must not be left unattended in the room or in common areas. Guests are kindly requested to ensure that their pet does not disturb other visitors. The owner is fully responsible for any damage or additional cleaning that may be required during the stay. The property reserves the right to refuse or terminate the stay in case of non-compliance with the above terms.
• Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed in indoor areas. If special cleaning is required due to smoking, the cost will be charged accordingly.
• Quiet Hours: Our property operates in an atmosphere of tranquility and respect for fellow guests and the local community. During the summer period (April 1 - September 30), quiet hours, in accordance with Greek Police Regulation 3/1996, are 15:00-17:30 and 23:00-07:00. During these hours, loud music, the use of speakers, noisy gatherings, and any activity that may cause disturbance are not permitted. The use of personal speakers in outdoor areas is not allowed. In case of non-compliance, a warning will initially be issued. If the disturbance persists, the property reserves the right to terminate the stay, in accordance with applicable law.
• Liability: The property is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay and agree to cover the related repair costs.
• Force Majeure & Transportation: The property is not responsible for failure to provide services due to events beyond its control, including natural events, temporary utility interruptions (such as electricity or water supply), or transportation disruptions, including ferry cancellations or delays due to weather conditions or decisions by authorities.
• Payments:Accepted credit cards: Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diners, Maestro. The property reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.
