BILLING POLICY

In order to confirm your reservation, you'll need to submit a downpayment of 30% of the total accommodation cost either by credit card or by a direct deposit into a bank account.

All charges are shown in EURO and include VAT, city taxes, accommodation tax, which is 2.00 euro per night, as well as transportation from/to the Port.

CANCELLATION POLICY

There is no charge for canceling at least 30 days prior to arrival.

If modified or canceled later on, you will be charged 30% of the total price of the reservation. In case of no show you will be charged 100% of the total price of the reservation.

HOTEL POLICIES

• Check in: After 15:00
• Check out: Until 11:00
• Any further adults are charged EUR 40 per night for extra beds.
• Extra beds must be requested and confirmed by the accommodation.
• Pets are allowed upon request. There is extra charge 10euro per day.
